DOCUMENTS NEEDED

Anyone over 18 years old, that will be living in the rental, will need to complete an application, along with a credit check, criminal background check and eviction history check. Proof of income is also required, this can be the two most recent paycheck stubs, direct deposit receipts, tax returns or offer of employment letter. A photo ID is also required, a driver’s license or passport is acceptable.

QUALIFYING

Once you’ve decided on which property you’d like to rent, your agent will submit your application and accompanying documents to the landlord for review.

LEASE & MOVE IN

Once you’ve been approved, a lease will be drafted for your review. Upon acceptance of the lease, the security deposit and first month's rent will be due. When you receive the countersigned lease from the landlord, you then can set up your utility accounts. You’ll receive the keys to your rental on the move in date.
